Order and Shipping Notice
Please note orders will not be charged till the fulfillment of your order. Shipping costs will be calculated before the shipment of your order.
We maintain a large inventory of all products and therefore are able to ship most orders from stock within 24-48 hours. However, when an order requires custom work or imprinting, you must allow four to six weeks for shipping. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
Novel Box is dedicated to the satisfaction of our customers. If you are dissatisfied with our product, we will allow you to return it within 30 days for a refund or an exchange. Please call our office for a return authorization. Returned items must be in unused condition. We will deduct a 15% restocking charge from credit for the return of merchandise ordered in error. We must charge for any custom orders where work has been performed prior to canceling the order. We do not accept returns on customized or imprinted items.
