There's a one-time $85.00 New Plate charge for new custom orders. This plate will then be available for all future orders of the same size print. There is a $60.00 charge for your first 200 prints, then a .25 cents per print charge on boxes, and 0.30 cents per print charge on pouches and bags.
Please ensure your logos and artwork are in .PDF or .AI format for vector images and high-resolution black-and-white, no greyscale. Please send your artwork to artdept@novelbox.com.
If you have previously placed a custom order with us, select 'I have an existing plate and will provide it to Novelbox' from the 'Imprinting Available' feature. If you have placed your order by phone or email in the past, put your order number in the cart notes at Check Out.
Custom items will take approximately 7 - 10 business days to process. During our holiday season, please expect longer production and processing times.
Stock item orders are turned around within 24 hours. We are also available for custom orders For custom printed orders, please allow a minimum of 5 to 7 business days, and expect longer processing times during the holiday season.
You can easily access all your order information via your Novel Box account by logging in using the top right button on the homepage. If you do not have a Novel Box shop account, you can find your tracking information in the email you received when your order shipped.

Novel Box has a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that customized orders cannot be returned unless defective.
To start a return, you can contact us by phone at 1-800-965-9192 or email us at sales@novelbox.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Novel Box will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method.
