Company Policies

Order

We require a minimum order of $100 per shipment. Orders below $100 will be charged an $15 small order fee.Specify the style number as listed in our website or catalog and order quantities based upon carton packaging. When inserts are used, indicate style number and color desired. Give a second choice of color to expedite your order. Velour stock colors are Black, White, Burgundy, Red, & Blue. Other colors are available on request.

Samples

For your convenience, we will send samples at the customer's request. Samples are limited to a maximum of 1 per item. You will be charged at unit cost plus shipping.

Credit

Net 30 days to approved firms rated through Dun and Bradstreet or The Jewelers Board of Trade. Customers must submit a credit application with bank and trade references. New York firms must supply resale form or you will be responsible for sales tax.

Printing

Customized printing is available on most boxes, in various colors, for a minimal charge. You will find a link to review our imprinting and plate charges on any product that allows imprinting.

Returns

Novel Box is dedicated to the satisfaction of our customers. If you are dissatisfied with our product, we will allow you to return it within 30 days for a refund or an exchange. Please call our office for a return authorization. Returned items must be in unused condition. We will deduct a 15% restocking charge from credit for the return of merchandise ordered in error. We must charge for any custom orders where work has been performed prior to canceling the order. We do not accept returns on customized or imprinted items. Shipping

Freight: Freight is charged FOB via our Brooklyn, NY warehouse. You can request specific carriers, although we reserve the right to resubstitute carriers to expedite shipments.

Stock: We maintain a large inventory of all products and therefore are able to ship most orders from stock within 24-48 hours. However, when an order requires custom work or imprinting, you must allow four to six weeks for shipping. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
